Returns
Do you want to return a product? You can. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of order delivery. Remember, GOODS must be returned to us physically. If it’s been longer than 14 days from the purchase, unfortunately purchased products can’t be returned. You can download the return form HERE. The exact return address is:

Fill it out and send it to the address provided in the form with a note “RETURN”. If your return is accepted, we’ll immediately transfer the money to the provided account number. Remember that you must cover the shipping cost.
1. The goods should be new, showing no signs of use.
2. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
4. The goods should be secured. The seller is not responsible for defects caused during transport.

Step 1: Download the return form POBIERZ and complete it and attach it to the returned products

Requirements
1. The goods must be new, without any signs of use.
2. The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
3. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
4. The seller undertakes to consider the return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the return.
5. The goods should be secured. The seller is not responsible for defects caused during transport.
6. Returned clothes should have all original paper labels, this is another basis for the return approval.
7. We have statutory 14 business days to process the return. Nevertheless, we try to make returns once a week.
