Our Sierra vest is a true outdoor staple, a must-have in every wardrobe! You’ll find it useful all-year-round for sure, it will be handy even in summer during cooler windy evenings by the sea. Sierra has been produced in a local workshop, using only certified Polish goose down of the highest quality, which meets the strictest standards (more info on the down you’ll find below). Our vest has a classic, loose fit with a slightly elongated back and a rust-proof snap fastening. Please note the details like comfortable pockets and a warm high-neck collar. Remember that your Sierra may feel a bit „flat” when you receive it folded in a box – just put it on a hanger to allow the down to decompress and gain a desirable volume. :)
Features of the down filling in our jackets: – goose down instead of duck down (it’s way more compressible and provides better thermal insulation), – the down is highly compressible (about 750 cubic inches), which makes it hygroscopic and heat-insulating (protection against overheating and sweating), – thanks to its high compressibility and light weight, the jacket is easy to store and pack, – it’s been continuously harvested for 70 years by the White Kołuda Goose facility, according to the strictest standards of animal welfare, – the down quality is controlled at every stage of its production by the facility laboratory as well as independent research institutes, including IDFL Europe, – due to the multistage production process, the goose down from our producer is impeccably clean, odorless, and hypoallergenic (devoid of allergens, germs and dust mites), – natural goose down is also eco-friendly – biodegradable and safe for the natural environment, – the highest quality of the down has been confirmed by the RDS, Downpass, ISO and Oeko-Tex certificates, among others.

External fabric: 100% polyester, Filling: 100% White Kołuda Goose down (90% goose down, 10% goose feathers).

We recommend washing the vest at professional dry-cleaner’s. If there are creases on the external fabric (e.g. after transporting in a suitcase), simply steam it with a steam iron.
