The complaint process
Step 2: Download the complaint form POBIERZ and complete it and attach it to the returned products
Step 3: Pack the items together with the completed complaint form and send it to the following address:

Requirements
1. The Seller undertakes to consider the complaint from the moment of its delivery within 14 working days
2. The complaint covers only defects and damage not resulting from improper use of the product.
3. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
